Demo and simulation requests. We store your name, organisation, email, department and message in order to reply to your request (pre-contractual steps taken at your request). We delete them after [24] months without contact.

Problem suggestions. The text you write to get a suggestion first goes through a filter that removes institution names, emails and numbers. The filtered text is sent to Gemini on Google Cloud Vertex AI, in European Union data centres, and is not stored. Google acts as a processor and does not use this data to train models.

Where the data is kept. Google Cloud, europe-west1 region (Belgium).
